Steve has more than 35 years of experience in facilities and operations, including over 13 years of leadership within enterprise data center environments. Over the course of his career, he has progressed through a wide range of technical and operational roles, building deep expertise in facilities maintenance, HVAC, electrical systems, and data center operations. For the past seven-plus years, Steve has led the operation and management of three enterprise class data centers, overseeing critical infrastructure, teams, and vendor partners while consistently delivering continuous uptime. His leadership has supported highly reliable, scalable data center operations for a large manufacturing and data services organization in Minnesota.

For CENTRA, Steve provides strategic leadership focused on operational management, infrastructure resilience, and continuous uptime across all data center sites. He is accountable for the availability and reliability of mission critical systems through proactive risk management and strong operational governance. Steve is also excited to be involved in the thoughtful planning and execution of CENTRA's future data center expansion initiatives.

Outside of work, Steve and his wife of 35 years enjoy traveling, often visiting their first grandson in Pittsburgh. He values time with his family, including his three adult children, two married sons and a daughter currently attending college. In his personal life, Steve is a dedicated automotive enthusiast with a long-standing interest in classic muscle cars. During the limited summer months in the Minnesota and Wisconsin area, he enjoys restoring and maintaining these vehicles and attending regional car shows and automotive events.
