Contract Manager

Sarah Anderson

Sarah is a seasoned contract management professional with over 20 years of experience driving complex, high-value negotiations within the technology and renewable energy sectors. Specializing in Master Service Agreements, colocation, and telecommunications contracts, she possesses a proven track record of reducing legal risk while ensuring favorable outcomes for both the organization and its partners.  Prior to her role with CENTRA, Sarah worked at Switch as a member of the in-house legal team with an emphasis on colocation sales and telecommunications agreements, at Tesla assisting with supply chain functions and tax abatement compliance for the gigafactory in Reno, NV, and at Ormat Technologies managing contracts, procurement and payables for the project team constructing geothermal power plants.

 

For CENTRA, Sarah is responsible for managing and negotiating contracts for all aspects of our rapidly growing company, including colocation sales, interconnection, power, real estate and procurement agreements.  She is excited to work with Centra’s team of industry experts to bring digital infrastructure and interconnectivity solutions to customers in our growing markets. 

 

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing at the spa, hiking, and traveling.  Sarah is currently volunteering as a puppy raiser for Liberty Dogs, raising and training a future service dog for a U.S. military veteran.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Nevada, Reno.
