He approaches every project with a consistent mindset—doing the job right, taking care of people, and delivering on commitments. Throughout his career, Ken has developed a strong ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic oversight, giving him a deep understanding of what it takes to successfully deliver complex work at every level. He believes the most successful projects are built on trust, communication, and accountability, and he partners closely with owners, designers, and trade partners to achieve shared goals.

 

For CENTRA, Ken focuses on building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality to deliver predictable outcomes for clients. He views construction as more than just building structures—it’s about relationships, leadership, and creating lasting value.

 

Outside of work, Ken is a devoted husband and father who values time with his family. When he gets the chance, he also enjoys getting out on the golf course.
