Jay is Managing Partner of Bear Creek Capital Management, an investment company focused on communications software and services. He is a board member of Charter Communications, InterDigital, and numerous private companies in the communications industry. Jay received his B.A from Washington & Lee University and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
