Janine has been working in sales and revenue operations since 2006 — well before it became a widely recognized discipline — building her expertise from the ground up across more than 20 years of leadership. Known for building scalable frameworks and data systems from scratch, she has spearheaded go-to-market strategies that have delivered ~330% global revenue growth and improved forecast accuracy from 60% to over 90%.

 

At CENTRA, Janine architects the data infrastructure, systems, and processes that power the company's mission of accelerating interconnect and digital infrastructure. While she works primarily behind the scenes — designing the CRM platforms, reporting frameworks, and operational workflows that keep the GTM engine running — she remains deeply connected to the customer-facing side of the business, ensuring operational excellence translates into real results.

 

Outside of work, Janine is rooted in her community in eastern Minnesota, where she enjoys rural life with her family, gardening, raising animals, and staying active in music and local community life.
