Carter Halbrooks serves as Director of Implementation & Site Services at CENTRA, where he leads customer implementation from requirements through delivery and supports site development and lease strategy across the company’s campuses. He brings a decade of experience in commercial real estate and digital infrastructure, spanning asset management, leasing strategy, and capital planning.

Most recently he served as President of a commercial real estate portfolio company on behalf of a family office, leading a 40-person organization with full P&L accountability. He oversaw financial performance across a $5 billion portfolio spanning office, industrial, multifamily, student housing, senior living, and mixed-use. Previously, Carter served on CyrusOne’s Portfolio Management team, with responsibility for U.S. data center assets. Earlier in his career, Carter held leadership roles in commercial real estate. His background also includes time at JLL and a real estate investment trust.

Carter lives in Dallas with his family.
